This proposal introduces a collaborative POAP art collection co-created with Vrbs artists and brought to life through a gamified community experience.

Objectives
- Encourage active participation in weekly community events
- Support and reward Vrbs artists through commissions and visibility
- Create a long-term, onchain record of community growth and culture
- Build a self-sustaining model through the Seasonal POAP, where sales feed back into the DAO treasury and amplify project impact
Project description
Vrbs POAP Race is a 20-piece series of POAP (Proof of Attendance Protocol) created by Vrbs artists.
Each POAP commemorates an event related to Vrbs projects. Listeners who collect these POAPs participate in a symbolic βraceβ: completing all 16 laps (weekly episodes) increases their chances of winning a Vrbs NFT at the end of the season.
In addition, to celebrate the POAP Art Race, we have seasonal POAP artwork by @0xaprilia. 100% of sales will be sent to the treasury.
Participation mechanics
- Goal of participants: collect at least 12 of the 16 weekly POAPs to enter the final draw. Collect more to increase your chances of winning.
- Featured Sessions: Each session will feature builders from the Vrbs Flows accelerator, project founders, and community leaders.
- Secret Words: A secret word (verb) will be revealed during each xpace, allowing attendees to claim the POAP.
- NFT Raffle: Collectors who hold all 16 POAPs will automatically enter a raffle for 3 Vrbs NFTs.
- Artist Reward: Participating artists will receive rewards for their artwork contributions.
An open call will be launched to select 20 Vrbs artists.
Each artist will design an original POAP artwork inspired by Vrbs visual, identity, and storytelling.

- Inspired on Vrbs
- Square (1:1)
- File size < 200KB
This will become the first official POAP collection from Vrbs DAO on Base

Budget
- Artist rewards (0.01 ETH x 20 POAPs): 0.2 ETH
- Design & marketing (visuals, communications): 0.2 ETH
- Content, co-host, IRL presence: 0.15 ETH
Total = 0.55 ETH
All revenue from the seasonal POAP (0.002 ETH per mint) will go directly to the Vrbs DAO treasury.
